[Remote] Senior Paid Media Manager

The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead strategy, execution, and performance across multi-platform paid media campaigns, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while integrating AI-powered tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV), ensuring strategic approach and flawless execution
- Own client relationships end-to-end: act as the main point of contact, deliver proactive updates, and translate performance into actionable business insights
- Develop and integrate creative strategies, aligning ad copy, visuals, and formats with audience intent and campaign goals
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Max, predictive bidding, dynamic creative optimization) to enhance speed, accuracy, and campaign performance
- Proactively test and pilot new platforms, tools, and ad formats—documenting and scaling what works
- Provide consultative guidance to C-level travel stakeholders, simplifying complex optimization rationales
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client objectives and support sales in scoping
- Mentor Paid Media Managers, contribute to internal SOPs, and champion department-wide testing frameworks
- Share case studies, AI learnings, media and creative insights through Propellic thought-leadership initiatives
Skills
- 7+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment, managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong fluency across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and YouTube
- Demonstrated experience integrating creative strategy into media buying, with an understanding of how storytelling and ad formats drive performance
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in media buying, creative testing, reporting, or forecasting; eager to test and scale new innovations
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (e.g., bookings, revenue growth, CAC efficiency)
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex insights and confidently advise executives
- A proactive learner and experimenter who stays ahead of industry, AI, and travel marketing trends
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. or ability to contract internationally
- Travel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
