[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth by recruiting local businesses into their new delivery partner program, collaborating with local influencers, and managing the application process for potential partners.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted areas such as Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest and applications
- Qualify potential businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events within the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings
- Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations
- Import and manage Excel spreadsheets in Salesforce on a weekly basis
Skills
- 1-2+ years of field sales experience
- Experience with account management
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean
