[Remote] Business Development Manager - Staffing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nomadic is a high-growth technical staffing firm aggressively expanding its sales leadership. The Business Development Manager will drive new business, build strategic accounts, and work with a dedicated team to ensure client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business within Engineering, Life Sciences, or specialized IT (ideally aligning with Manufacturing or the Tech space)
- Immediate access to sell into elite, household-name client accounts
- You will have a strong foundation out of the gate while being expected to supplement this base by bringing on 2–3 new strategic accounts per year
- You focus entirely on client strategy and market acquisition
- You will be supported by a dedicated hub of 20+ recruiters—ensuring your requirements are filled with speed and precision without you ever having to manage the internal delivery team
- No arbitrary KPIs or management breathing down your neck—if you are a proven producer, you are given total professional freedom
Skills
- 2–5+ years of proven staffing sales success within Engineering, Life Sciences, or Industrial IT markets
- A documented history of winning and retaining accounts at a high level (All-Stars, President's Club, or Top Producer status)
- Professionals who want a seat at the table. If you have a strong network and can bring 1–2 key accounts with you, we offer a dedicated path to maximize that revenue

- Your base scales with your success. We offer five incremental $2,000 salary increases triggered automatically as you achieve and maintain weekly GP milestones (scaling your base up to an additional $10,000 as you move from $5k to $25k weekly GP).
- Aggressive Tiered Commission (Weekly GP-Based):
- $5,000 – $10,000 weekly GP → 10% commission
- $10,001 – $20,000 weekly GP → 20% commission
- $20,001+ weekly GP → 30% commission
- Named Account Ownership: Designate 3–4 strategic accounts that you bring to the business. For these accounts, you will receive a standalone 40% of profit after EBITDA (exempt from your standard weekly GP calculation), allowing you to build true long-term wealth.
- Equity-Style Profit Sharing: 0profit sharing upon achieving $500,000 in cumulative GP.
- An additional 1.5% profit sharing upon hitting $1,000,000 in cumulative GP.
