[Remote] Strategic Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst focused on Decision Intelligence to support data validation, enrichment, and business decision-making initiatives. This role emphasizes interpreting data, validating sources, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. The ideal candidate will work with multiple data providers and help leverage data to support new product features and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Validate and assess data from multiple third-party and internal providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
• Analyze data quality and identify gaps in coverage across data sources
• Support the evaluation of new data for product features (e.g., enhancements to platforms)
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive decision-making
• Partner with business and product teams to explain what data means and how it can be used strategically
• Identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, enrichment, and utilization
• Focus on decision enablement rather than just reporting, providing recommendations based on data insights

Skills

• Experience in data validation and assessment from multiple third-party and internal providers
• Ability to analyze data quality and identify gaps in coverage across data sources
• Experience supporting the evaluation of new data for product features
• Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive decision-making
• Experience partnering with business and product teams to explain data usage strategically
