They are seeking a Sales Closer who can effectively convert pre-qualified leads into closed deals, building rapport with founders and managing the sales pipeline with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Take pre-qualified, inbound founder leads from demo to closed — no cold calling, no prospecting
  • Build instant rapport with founders across industries and funding stages
  • Handle objections with confidence, intelligence, and composure
  • Maintain a clean and updated pipeline in Pipedrive daily — no exceptions
  • Follow up with precision and persistence until the deal is closed or dead
  • Report directly to the CEO with honest, accurate pipeline forecasts

Skills

  • A natural closer with proven SaaS sales experience — this is not something you learned in a course, it is who you are
  • You understand capital raising — funding rounds, investor mandates, SAFEs, equity, family offices, VC — this language is familiar to you and you use it comfortably
  • You have character — founders will see through anyone fake within 60 seconds, and so will we
  • Competitive by nature — you keep score, you hate losing a deal, and you do something about it
  • Pipedrive is your home — you are religious about your CRM and your pipeline is always clean
  • Coachable — you have conviction but you are not too proud to sharpen your craft
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS closing experience — not lead gen, not account management, closing
