[Remote] Technical Program Manager, OCI Infrastructure - Customer Engineering

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage the development and implementation process of complex company products, ensuring project completion within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation process for large, complex and critical company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
- Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
- Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
- Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
- Communicate status to executive management regularly
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in managing the development and implementation process for large, complex and critical company products
- Ability to manage departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
- Experience in planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending
- Ability to monitor the project from initiation through delivery
- Experience in organizing interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
- Ability to assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
- Strong communication skills to communicate status to executive management regularly
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
