Director of Product Management

At our client, we're in search of a seasoned Director of Product Management to spearhead the holistic developer experience across our client's product portfolio. As the Director of Product Management, you'll operate as a senior individual contributor PM on pivotal initiatives while also overseeing the PM team. This role is deeply collaborative, requiring leadership across various functions to... steer all facets of the developer journey, spanning from marketing to support. Your responsibilities encompass providing strategic guidance for teams handling website development, developer documentation, developer console, and essential tools like billing systems, API key management, multi-user support, logs, notifications, among others. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in crafting a robust, multi-channel developer support framework. Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of the entire developer journey. • Drive end-to-end development of new developer-centric products. • Recruit and nurture a proficient Product Management team. • Cultivate strong alliances with cross-functional partners and other business divisions. • Identify novel avenues for scaling our business and advocate for them within the Executive Leadership Team. • Operate with clarity and principled decision-making, demonstrating articulate communication skills. • Lead the development and rollout of multiple developer products and features. • Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new products. • Actively engage with the developer community by showcasing our products at conferences and to partners at all levels of the blockchain ecosystem. What You Bring to the Table: • 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles as a Product Manager or Tech Lead. • Over a decade of hands-on involvement in software product development. • 5+ years of people management experience, nurturing Product Managers or technical leaders. • Profound insight into developers' pain points. • Demonstrated track record of launching numerous products from inception to maturity. • Proven ability to incubate and scale a business line successfully. • A fervent appetite for learning; adept at swiftly grasping new products and technologies. • Strong sense of ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes across all functions and product aspects. • Entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by resourcefulness, direct customer engagement, and adept articulation of our value propositions to diverse developer segments. 10xCompanyJobs tracks jobs at a curated list of companies that have the potential to 10x their value Apply Job!
