[Remote] Administrative Healthcare Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume healthcare hiring environment in a fully remote contract role. The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination, while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and management roles
- Source active and passive candidates using multiple channels
- Conduct pre-screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment regulations
- Provide weekly updates and recruiting strategy insights to business partners
Skills
- 5+ years recruiting experience across diverse roles
- 2+ years high-volume healthcare recruiting (40–60 reqs/month)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
- Excellent stakeholder management & client-facing communication skills
- Dialysis recruiting experience (highly preferred)
- Experience with Phenom or similar ATS/tools
- Strong sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Experience supporting corporate/clinical recruitment teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies
