[Remote] Senior Consultant, Sales Job Details | Celestica International LP

Remote role Full-time Open position

They are seeking a Senior Consultant in Sales to oversee complex projects, maintain relationships with key customers, and develop account strategies to achieve revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a minimum revenue accountability (a personal sales quota)
  • Acts as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basis
  • Responsible for identifying the influencers and key decision makers within the account and establishing/maintaining close relationships with them
  • May provide regional sales coverage for a Global Customer Unit or Leadership Customer Unit
  • Develops account strategies in conjunction with BD team members and executes tactics
  • Investigates potential new accounts and opportunities within the account or region
  • Ensures that the minimum revenue objectives for the assigned territory are achieved
  • Acts as the Customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused
  • Delivers quotations and RFQ responses to customers

Skills

  • Expertise in sales and relationship management
  • Ability to oversee extremely complex or multiple complex projects
  • High degree of judgment and independence in developing solutions
  • Ability to develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects
  • Widely known internal authority within their account base
  • Accountable for overall relationship management within assigned accounts
  • Maintains a minimum revenue accountability (a personal sales quota)
  • Acts as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basis
  • Responsible for identifying the influencers and key decision makers within the account
  • Establishing/maintaining close relationships with key decision makers
  • Develops account strategies in conjunction with BD team members
  • Ensures that the minimum revenue objectives for the assigned territory are achieved
  • Acts as the Customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused
  • Delivers quotations and RFQ responses to customers
  • Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skills
  • Strong reporting skills, as well as time and priority management skills
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Strong team management skills and high level of ability to work with others as part of a cross-functional team
  • Some electronics knowledge/background is essential
  • Knowledge and experience in the sales of Services is critical
  • Eight years of applicable sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferably in Business or Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred location: Austin, TX
