Responsibilities
- Ensure all leads are processed within the expected timeframe (target within 24 hours)
- Maintain consistent contact with leads to keep them engaged
- Process leads and ensure timely follow-up and communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and properly vet potential clients
- Manage and oversee the full intake process for incoming leads
- Collaborate with internal team members to support case progression
- Move qualified cases efficiently through the pipeline
- Send intake forms and guide potential clients through completion
- Organize and maintain structured intake workflows
- Gather and document client information accurately
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, or call handling roles
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Comfortable working with structured processes and following workflows
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure
