New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a multidisciplinary mental health organization dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality behavioral health services. They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to successful implementation
  • Create strategic business plans, operational workflows, and scalable systems that support high-quality patient care
  • Drive project execution by managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless program launch and patient experience
  • Conduct market research and help shape service offerings, pricing, and growth strategies
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient engagement, and long-term growth
  • Serve as the key project leader, ensuring accountability, communication, and successful delivery of project objectives

Skills

  • Experience in healthcare project management, business development, healthcare operations, or program implementation
  • Proven success launching new healthcare services, programs, or clinical initiatives from concept to execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with clinical and administrative teams in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with project management platforms and business productivity tools
  • Experience in outpatient mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatry settings is highly preferred
