[Remote] Senior Account Executive (SaaS)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Glue Up is an all-in-one engagement management software company looking for an energetic Senior Account Executive to join their diverse team. The role involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls and handling inbound leads, primarily targeting associations, chambers of commerce, and corporations globally.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to sell potential customers to purchase new products and/or services
- Educates customers on product offerings and services, and explain pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
- Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
- Maintain and update database and customer records
- Continued product education to better service customer calls
- Maintains accurate daily record of sales qualified leads in sales tracker
Skills
- 3+ years experience as an Account Executive (able to manage and close large and small sales deals, and work closely with customer success team)
- Strong customer service and telesales skills
- Assertive, out-going entrepreneurial spirit
- Get-it-done attitude, not afraid to roll up the sleeves to get things done in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experienced in Web Based Applications and Windows
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business or related field
- Effective communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
- Creative, enthusiastic thinker and passion for learning
