They are seeking Remote Client Support Specialists to connect with individuals interested in benefit programs, guide them through options, and assist with enrollment while providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide clients through available benefit options and assist with enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital records and provide follow-up support
- Deliver professional, client-focused service throughout the process
- Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training
- Build positive client relationships while growing your professional skills
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to service-focused work
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
