[Remote] Senior AI Engineer

They are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop autonomous AI systems and complex workflows that enhance decision-making in healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Build production-grade agentic workflows using modern LLM technologies
- Develop autonomous systems that interact with APIs, databases, and external tools
- Create scalable AI solutions capable of complex decision-making and task execution
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
- Evaluate, optimize, and improve AI system performance and reliability
- Contribute to the long-term AI architecture and technical roadmap
Skills
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments
- Hands-on experience designing complex agentic workflows from concept through deployment
- Strong software engineering background with production-level development experience
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and business applications
- Ability to independently build, test, deploy, and iterate on AI products
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and reliability
- Agentic AI architectures
- Multi-agent systems
- Workflow orchestration frameworks
- OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM ecosystems
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or comparable technologies
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Python and modern backend development
