[Remote] Workforce Solutions Analyst

Novant Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Workforce Solutions Analyst to compile and analyze HR data, metrics, and system performance. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing Infor Workforce Management and requires strong consultative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and daily operational support for Infor WFM Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules, advising on best practices and system capabilities
- Support and execute configuration updates—including core, custom, and pay rule logic—to meet operational, payroll, and compliance needs
- Lead and participate in full testing cycles for WFM enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and fixes; identify defects, validate resolutions, and ensure quality outcomes
- Triage and evaluate ServiceNow tickets by distinguishing between user error, defects, enhancement requests, and configuration updates; provide accurate, timely guidance and resolution
- Develop current-state and future-state workflows for timekeeping, scheduling, and labor processes; facilitate sessions with business and technical SMEs to assess gaps and recommend improvements
- Analyze workforce, timekeeping, and scheduling data to identify trends, operational issues, compliance risks, and labor optimization opportunities
- Support implementation of HR system integrations related to WFM, including imports/exports, interfaces, and coordination with HR Talent, Payroll, and IT partners
- Prepare clear reports and communication for leadership, explaining findings, dependencies, risks, and recommended actions
- Contribute to enterprise HR projects, M&A initiatives, and HR Technology Application Support team goals requiring cross-functional collaboration and technology support
- Maintain accurate documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration records to ensure system reliability and audit readiness
- Monitor and improve operational processes by supporting continuous improvement through practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to take ownership of assigned tasks, meet milestones, and maintain stakeholder visibility throughout execution
Skills
- High School or GED, required
- A minimum of three years Information Systems, required
- Management Information System; Broad knowledge of a variety of computer systems and technologies, required

- Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information System, preferred
- Experience with Time Keeping and Attendance Systems, preferably Infor Workforce Management (WFM), preferred
