[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

LeadSquared is a fast-growing global SaaS company serving enterprise customers worldwide, and they are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the US Education sector. This role involves owning the full enterprise sales cycle, building strategic relationships within the education ecosystem, and managing complex sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through contract negotiation and closure
  • Drive new logo acquisition across the US education ecosystem
  • Build strategic relationships with school districts, higher education institutions, education networks, and key industry stakeholders
  • Represent LeadSquared at education conferences, trade shows, regional events, and industry roundtables across the US
  • Develop and execute territory plans to generate pipeline and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, business case development, and executive presentations
  • Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Manage long and complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility

Skills

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Strong hunting and new business acquisition background
  • Proven success selling CRM, SaaS, SIS, HRMS, Student Engagement, Enrollment Management, or related technology solutions
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles of 10–12 months or longer
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage Superintendents, CIOs, CTOs, Enrollment Leaders, Student Success teams, and senior administrators
  • Track record of building industry relationships and leveraging events, conferences, and networking initiatives to generate business
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the United States
  • Prior EdTech experience strongly preferred
