Position Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be a key contributor to the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics data systems. Your work will directly support shipping operations, inventory tracking, customer shipment records, and internal reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple logistics and operational platforms used by arenaflex and its partners.
  • Verify the integrity of incoming data by cross-referencing source documents, shipment records, and customer information.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies, reporting recurring issues to supervisors for long-term process improvement.
  • Process high volumes of shipping labels, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and inventory updates with speed and precision.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data processing targets.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer, vendor, and operational information at all times.
  • Follow arenaflex data governance policies, quality standards, and security protocols without exception.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from internal systems to support operational decision-making.
  • Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance team productivity.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or back-office support role (prior logistics experience is a plus, but not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in numerical, textual, and alphanumeric data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work independently from a remote home office with minimal supervision.
