Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Chat Support Specialist to support the customers of a major Walmart vendor. This is a fully remote, chat-based support role in which you will engage with customers through online chat platforms, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring each customer interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

This is not a cold-call sales position or a telemarketing role. You will be responding to incoming customer chat conversations in real time, helping people resolve product questions, order issues, account concerns, and general support needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service through live online chat channels on behalf of a major national retail vendor.
  • Respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries, including product information, order status, shipping questions, returns, exchanges, and general account support.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues that customers may encounter while using the vendor's website, mobile app, or chat platform, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Document every customer interaction accurately and thoroughly within the company CRM and ticketing systems to ensure continuity of care and future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow remote team members through chat-based collaboration tools, internal messaging systems, and regular team meetings to share insights, identify trends, and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share constructive feedback with arenaflex leadership and the client vendor.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction, even during high-volume or challenging situations.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
