Sales Outreach Specialist
SerKy Consulting is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Outreach Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and support strategic outreach initiatives. As a key point of contact for prospective clients, the ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional in communication, and comfortable building connections with businesses across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Research local markets and identify partnership opportunities
- Support lead generation efforts and schedule discovery calls and consultations
- Conduct follow-up communication with prospective clients and maintain ongoing engagement
- Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach, and brand visibility initiatives
- Maintain accurate outreach records, lead trackers, and CRM documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, outreach, recruiting, customer service, or marketing preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of staffing, payroll, HR, or business consulting services
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Social media content creation and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously
