Director, Revenue Accounting

What you'll do here: Maintain and enforce revenue recognition policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP Lead the monthly close process, including deal approvals, journal entries, reconciliations (deferred revenue) and account reconciliations Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, and FP&A to ensure integrity in revenue recognition, review contracts and approve non-standard deal structures. Enhance policies and systems across the order-to-cash lifecycle; initiate financial system improvements. Lead International Revenue Accounting to ensure appropriate revenue recognition. Skills you will need here: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years in revenue accounting, public accounting, or financial leadership; direct experience leading the full revenue accounting process. Strong working knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial systems; proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools. Ability to forecast revenue, model scenarios, and analyze financial performance metrics. Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, lead process improvements, and ensure compliance. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below. 25% Annual: Individual Target $138,200.00 - $180,000.00 USD Apply To This Job
