We're looking for a Business & Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of stakeholder collaboration, smart specification work, and hands-on data investigation — someone who doesn't just document requirements, but shapes them. You'll be embedded in our Data Ingestion & Transformation (DI&T) team, working closely with developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality data capabilities across the BCD Travel platform. You'll own the full analysis lifecycle — from eliciting business needs to validating delivery — with the freedom to use AI tooling to do it smarter and faster. As a Senior Business & Data Analyst, you will Partner closely with business stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and document requirements — using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot) to structure and accelerate documentation Translate business needs into crisp functional and non-functional specifications, ready for the development team to build from Work hand-in-hand with developers and data engineers throughout the full delivery lifecycle — not just at handover, but at every step Use Databricks to investigate business problems, validate hypotheses, and surface evidence-based recommendations Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all relevant deliverables Continuously look for process improvements: if something is repetitive or manual, question whether it needs to be About you Proven Business/Data Analysis experience Strong requirements documentation skills Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) Microsoft Copilot / AI tool proficiency UAT planning and execution skills Experience creating detailed functional specifications What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people. This position is advertised across multiple global locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows: Spain: 48,000 - 52,000 EUR Poland: 125,000 - 140,000 PLN United States: 65,000 - 75,000 USD The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
