Responsibilities

Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults - including Spanish-speaking clients - via telehealth (15 hours or more per week) Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools, in both English and Spanish as needed Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe) Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices Support clients through therapy life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required - ability to conduct full clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation in both languages Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week) Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology Experience working with older adults strongly preferred Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth Our values Lead with compassion We’re all leaders Passion for older adults We work and win together Apply To This Job
