Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • A desktop or laptop that meets the company's technical requirements (PC and internet testing will be required).
  • High-speed internet connection (wired, not wireless/hotspot or satellite) and a smartphone.
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application:

  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home setting.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
