Eisai is seeking an experienced Sr. HRIS Manager - Workday HCM to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Workday HCM platform. This role serves as a Workday subject matter expert, ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders. In addition, the prospective candidate must have robust security administration experience and report‑writing capabilities to effectively manage permissions, maintain data governance, and deliver meaningful insights to the organization. Responsibilities: Assist in identifying, implementing and maintaining state of the art HR technology solutions across a variety of technology platforms. Independently lead HRIS systems projects, including selection, planning, organization, testing, training, customizations and communication of new systems and technology solutions. Contribute to the development and vision of strategies for departments in partnership with key stakeholders, and HR peers: Support HR strategic, operational and regulatory compliance needs across all business units. Serve as an advocate and liaison between HR users/customers and IT support and vendors or other technical support for HR systems. Identify and analyze problems/ issues and assist in implementing solutions; Simplify and summarize complicated processes, procedures and issues for a more lay audience. Recommend technology solutions designed to enhance the productivity, quality and efficiency of the HR function; Provide ease of use on the part of Eisai employees. Stay updated with latest developments in the field; Evaluate the impact of new related strategies and programs. Guide and mentor team members and ensure they have all the resources required, to complete their assigned tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field. 8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role, preferred; Strong Workday experience. Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes and performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools. Proven experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards, preferred. Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferred. Ability to gather requirements, design, configure and test Business Processes end to end. Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted 3rd party applications; Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Configuration. Strong digital savvy ability to influence others on the use of new technologies and processes. Proven performance in earlier role. Annual Incentive Plan. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
