Check out our latest success stories here We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Strategic Operations team on the East Coast and drive the successful delivery of creator-led campaigns for top global brands. You’ll create detailed project timelines, manage Kyra platform maintenance, and ensure milestones are met across the business. With a focus on tracking progress, troubleshooting issues, and fostering cross-team communication, you’ll ensure projects stay on track and run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in creative, high-growth environments, brings experience from tech startups or agencies, and has a passion for the creator economy. A highly organized creative thinker, the ideal candidate is highly motivated and energetic and capable of juggling multiple creative projects simultaneously. They bring strong organizational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability to the table. An in-depth knowledge of social media and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasting) is a must. The proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments, including Production, Client Services, Talent, Sales, and Marketing, in a fast-paced environment is critical. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining brief shells on the platform with a high level of data accuracy. Ensures completion and upkeep of the go-live window tracker at the close of each brief.
  • Monitors project timelines within Asana, ensuring alignment with established milestones. Proactively identifies and implements necessary adjustments to support the CM team in response to shifting project requirements or timelines.
  • Work cross-functionally with CSM, Talent, Sales, Tech, Paid Media, and Marketing teams to ensure the final output always stays on brief
  • Evaluate project performance by evaluating its efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the tech team and provide insights on workflow and UI/UX optimization.
  • Facilitates ongoing communication with Campaign Managers (CMs) and cross-functional teams to ensure continuous progress. Provides timely follow-ups to remove blockers and maintain momentum across projects.

  • Identify project risks early and implement action plans to mitigate or eliminate risks.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, digital campaigns, or creative operations, ideally within a tech startup or agency setting.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of digital content creation.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, working with teams in Production, Client Services, Talent, Sales, Marketing, and Tech.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms for timeline tracking, task delegation, and communication.Apply To This Job
