Key Responsibilities

  • Data Acquisition & Enrichment: Identify, ingest, and validate high‑volume data sets from internal and external sources, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities; develop and maintain data quality dashboards that highlight anomalies and trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in data entry, data engineering, or data analysis within a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big‑data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a matrixed organization, delivering high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
