The Field Operations Manager is a people-first leader responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating a team of Brand Ambassadors across an assigned territory. This role drives performance through hands-on field leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution of retail programs. The Field Operations Manager plays a critical role in developing talent, driving execution excellence, and partnering with both retail and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced, field-focused environment. Job Description: Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement Implement coaching plans and corrective actions to drive results Ensure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, tobacco marketing regulations, and age-verification standards Manage territory coverage, scheduling, and workforce deployment Audit field execution and reporting for accuracy, quality, and consistency Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and store management Resolve field challenges and provide operational support to team members Communicate performance updates, trends, and recommendations to leadership Support special events, market activations, and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management, retail operations, sales leadership, or a related role Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop field-based teams Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with reporting tools, performance tracking, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet travel requirements What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
