What We Look For: Advanced SQL proficiency including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization. Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Redshift, and Databricks. You use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as a real part of your analytical workflow, not as a novelty. You know when to use them, how to verify their output, and how to integrate them into how you work. Strong foundation in statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and data modeling. Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data warehouse design. Skilled at connecting metrics to business outcomes and identifying key performance drivers.
