ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Workday Financials Administrator to provide configuration support and contribute to day-to-day operations and enhancements within a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team on a contract basis. You will work alongside senior team members to troubleshoot production issues, support business requirement translation, and participate in testing cycles across Workday Financials domains including Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Banking & Settlement. The role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of Workday experience looking to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Provide configuration support across Workday Financials domains under guidance from senior team members; - Assist with production issues, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to timely resolutions; - Support the design and implementation of solutions aligned with platform standards; - Collaborate with functional stakeholders to help translate business requirements into system solutions; - Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements; - Help ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within financial processes; - Participate in testing cycles, including unit, integration, and UAT; - Maintain documentation for configurations, decisions, and support processes. MUST HAVES - 1–3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience; - Exposure to one or more Financials domains, such as Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, or Business Assets; - Basic understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday Financials; - Experience supporting production operations or project-based work in a team setting; - Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction in a fast-paced environment; - Eager problem-solver with a willingness to learn and grow; - Good communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and teammates; - Upper-intermediate English level.
