Role Overview – Customer Support Specialist (Chat & Call)

The Customer Support Specialist is the frontline ambassador for arenaflex. You will manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and live‑chat platforms, ensuring seamless order processing, timely issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate arenaflex’s proprietary order‑entry system to accurately capture, process, and track customer orders from inception to fulfillment.

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, sales management, and interior design consultants to align customer expectations with available inventory and design solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical support and collection teams to expedite order shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with export documentation requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of purchase orders, inventory restocks, and contract amendments, guaranteeing data integrity and audit readiness.
