Recruiter - Multiple Verticals (remote from anywhere)
About the position Scalesource is a fast-growing remote staffing company that places elite international talent with U.S. companies. They are building a new recruitment engine from scratch to consistently deliver world-class candidates within 14 days or less, at scale, in different geographies, and with a white-glove candidate experience. The company aims to hire over 100 new joiners by the end of 2026. This role involves owning a full recruiting desk across multiple verticals, posting jobs, screening candidates, making data-driven decisions, and supporting different teams by learning new roles quickly. There are opportunities to work on recruitment enablement and improvement initiatives. The role offers system, tools, and team support to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Hiring new joiners for multiple verticals with a target time-to-hire of 14 days.
- Providing a world-class candidate experience to all candidates, including rejected ones, with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for feedback within 24 hours.
- Working on recruitment improvement projects.
- Owning a full recruiting desk, including posting jobs, screening, moving fast, and making data-driven decisions.
- Supporting different teams and learning new roles quickly across various industries.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting across multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience hiring for remote roles across multiple regions.
- Advanced English skills.
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to increase speed.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workable.
- Strong opinions and ideas about recruitment processes and how they should work.
- Ability to provide specific, numbers-based answers in application questions.
- Ability to achieve hiring 30+ candidates within the first 90 days.
Nice-to-haves
- Interest in working on recruitment enablement and improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) business.
Benefits
- \$1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days.
- \$1,500 USD/month after 90 days, assuming strong performance.
- Commission structure to be confirmed.
