What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist with arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to provide customers with additional value. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Active Listening and Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner. Listen carefully to fully understand their questions, concerns, and goals before offering tailored solutions.
  • Solution-Oriented Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend products, features, or upgrades that align with each customer’s unique needs. Highlight benefits clearly and position the value in a way that feels natural, never pushy.
  • Product and Plan Education: Walk customers through their current plans, products, and services, ensuring they understand what they have and how to get the most out of it.
  • Problem Resolution with Empathy: Address concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, reassuring tone. Your goal is to leave every customer feeling heard, valued, and satisfied.
  • Multi-Application Navigation: Use multiple computer programs and internal systems simultaneously with speed and accuracy, capturing detailed notes and updating accounts in real time.

What We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll need to meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Age and Education: Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Internet Connection: Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. Satellite internet is not permitted due to latency and stability requirements.
  • Equipment: A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone is required to ensure professional call quality.
  • Workspace: A quiet, secure, and dedicated home office space free from distractions, where you can maintain confidentiality and focus on customer interactions.
  • Residency: Must reside in the state of Indiana to be eligible for this specific requisition.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of customer service experience in a professional or non-professional setting.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers, navigating software, and troubleshooting basic technical issues in a work-from-home environment.
  • Communication Skills: Professional, positive attitude with excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and confidence over the phone.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Open availability including evenings and weekends. Schedules are assigned based on business needs.

  • Hourly Pay: $14.00 per hour base pay, paid biweekly.
  • Monthly Sales Bonus: Uncapped performance-based monthly bonuses that allow top performers to significantly increase their income.

Internal Mobility and Career Growth at arenaflex

At arenaflex, we believe in promoting from within and rewarding hard work. Employees who have completed six (6) months of service in their current role and demonstrate strong performance are eligible to apply for new internal opportunities that match their skills, experience, and career goals. For those with less than six months of service, internal transfers may be possible with mutual agreement from both the current and receiving managers, provided a clear transition date is established. New hire training time does not count toward the six-month service requirement. Employees currently on a performance improvement plan will be considered ineligible for open positions until the plan is successfully completed.
