Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, efficient, and solution‑oriented service to customers calling about arenaflex services, appointments, and product inquiries.
  • Accurately quote prices for services offered at arenaflex retail locations and partner facilities, ensuring transparency and customer confidence.
  • Deliver detailed information about store locations, operating hours, and service offerings to guide customers toward the best possible experience.
  • Assess each caller’s needs, recommend appropriate services, and drive traffic to arenaflex locations through persuasive, needs‑based communication.
  • Maintain a high call‑handling volume—typically back‑to‑back calls throughout an eight‑hour shift—while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary software platforms to log interactions, track resolutions, and update customer records in real time.
  • Employ strong research skills to troubleshoot complex issues, escalating when necessary while keeping the customer informed.
  • Provide proactive communication to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s brand reputation by consistently delivering a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a stable, high‑speed internet connection and hard‑wire your router to guarantee uninterrupted service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a post‑secondary degree (AS or BS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment, preferably handling high call volumes.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, articulate speaking style.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work rotating evening shifts (12 pm‑9 pm, 1 pm‑10 pm, or 2 pm‑11 pm ET) and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Reliable home office setup, including a high‑speed internet connection and the ability to hard‑wire to a router.
