Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and listening communication – you will be assessed on these skills during the hiring process.
  • Ability to multi‑task effectively, such as maintaining a phone conversation while navigating multiple screens and taking detailed notes.

Technical Requirements for Remote Success
