About Role: We are hiring multiple for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and proficiency in Tableau.. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide meaningful insights. • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business efficiency and performance. • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports. • Ensure data visualizations effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement BI solutions that align with business objectives. • Optimize existing BI systems and continuously improve data visualization processes. • Perform data modeling and database management to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Work with large datasets and databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical requirements. • Conduct rigorous quality assurance on data outputs and reports to ensure accuracy. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to maintain data integrity. Qualifications: • 6-7 years of proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence. • Expertise in Tableau, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful visualizations. • Proficient in SQL and other data querying languages. • Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. • Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
