[Remote] Executive Director, Integrated Growth Media
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hot Dish Advertising is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to help grow and evolve their paid media practice. The Executive Director will lead efforts across connection strategy, paid media, and analytics to drive measurable business results for franchise brands while shaping the future of the agency and ensuring strong collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Hot Dish Advertising’s integrated media and performance practice
- Build scalable systems that connect media, SEO, analytics, CRO, and creative strategy
- Partner with executive leadership on agency growth, innovation, and market positioning
- Identify emerging opportunities across media, analytics, attribution, AI, SEO, and consumer behavior
- Oversee the agency’s reporting and media technology ecosystem
- Direct cross-channel strategies across paid media, SEO, and analytics
- Ensure teams align around client business goals, audience insights, and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate the technology, processes and training to enable teams to translate data and performance insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- Drive collaboration across disciplines to deliver cohesive, business-focused solutions
- Lead AI innovation and adoption across the organization to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance while ensuring responsible use and strategic integrity
- Foster productive partnerships with media vendors, technology partners, and partner agencies to ensure Hot Dish and our clients benefit from the latest learnings and capabilities
- Build trusted senior-level client relationships grounded in business acumen and measurable outcomes
- Serve as the executive escalation point and strategic advisor for key accounts
- Present recommendations, insights, and performance outcomes clearly and persuasively
- Proactively identify opportunities that help clients stay ahead of market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in the agency to deliver a seamless client experience and true strategic partnership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts across: Media Strategy & Execution, Integrated Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Buying, Analytics, CRO, SEO
- Create a collaborative operating model where teams work together around shared client outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement that challenges assumptions, tests new ideas, and evolves strategic thinking
- Direct professional development, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Ensure teams have the tools, structure, and processes needed for efficient execution
- Support forecasting, resource planning, staffing, and workflow management
- Balance innovation with accountability, operational discipline, and profitability
- Champion a data-driven decision-making culture across the agency
- Ensure reporting evolves beyond dashboards into actionable business intelligence
- Encourage teams to test emerging platforms, audience strategies, AI workflows, attribution approaches, and optimization methodologies
- Lead testing strategies across: Creative, Landing pages, Audiences, Media mix, Conversion optimization, Geo expansion
- Serve as an active member of the Leadership Team
- Participate fully in EOS leadership processes including: Quarterly Rocks, L10 Meetings, Strategic Planning, Operational Accountability, Issue Solving, Performance Reviews
- Lead departmental planning and prioritization efforts
- Support new business pitches with data and solution-oriented expertise
Skills
- 10+ years of experience leading media strategy, performance marketing, integrated demand generation, or growth marketing initiatives
- 5+ years leading and developing high-performing agency teams
- Proven success building scalable growth systems that drive measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise across: Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Media Attribution, Brand and Performance Media, B2B and B2C Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to direct and guide cross-functional specialists while maintaining strategic oversight of the work
- Experience leading strategic client relationships, new business and executive-level presentations
- Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency remote environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential
- Franchise marketing and EOS experience preferred
- Experience leading AI-enabled workflows or innovation initiatives preferred
