[Remote] Senior Power BI Data Analyst (Retail Credit Risk & Monitoring)

Wise Integration is seeking a Senior Power BI Data Analyst to support the Retail Credit Risk & Monitoring team within the Cash Loans value stream. The role involves transforming high-quality data into actionable insights through effective dashboards and reporting solutions, addressing the current gap in Power BI expertise.
Skills
- Senior level (7–10 years of experience), with strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working within the banking sector
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including designing and developing sophisticated dashboards and reports that support informed decision-making
- Proven experience transforming and structuring cloud-based data into consolidated reporting tables
- Practical experience working with AWS-based data sources and building reports that automatically synchronize with underlying datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience within the Credit Risk domain
- Candidates based in the Baltics are preferred
