[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee and support a large regional account with multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of a large regional account with multiple locations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account related communication and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and corporate partners
  • Support vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locations
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sites
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reporting
  • Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
  • Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutions
  • Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times
  • Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values at all times and adhere to all company policies

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing large accounts, multiple locations, or working with corporate partners
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly responsive and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a complex account structure
  • Positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Bachelor's degree
