[Remote] Financial Sales Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Succession Partners is looking for experienced sales professionals to join their remote financial services team. The role involves helping families find the right financial protection coverage through phone and Zoom consultations, managing your own pipeline, and potentially building a team for passive income.

Responsibilities

• Work warm inbound leads — speak with people who have already requested information about protecting their families financially
• Conduct needs-based consultations by phone and Zoom to identify the right coverage options
• Present and explain products from our network of 60-plus carriers — independent model, never locked to one company
• Manage your own pipeline and daily activity on your schedule
• Close deals and get paid weekly — no waiting on monthly draws
• Optionally build a team and earn passive override income on their production

Skills

• Proven background in a commission-based or performance-driven sales role
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident currently living in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Life and Health Insurance License required before start date — or genuine willingness to obtain quickly (we provide full support)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace for calls
• Raleigh/Triangle area preferred — fully remote and open to all U.S. locations
