[Remote] Project Manager - E-commerce - Qualcomm, flexible on location within Europe/Remote

They are seeking a Project Manager who will lead initiatives to enhance their e-commerce ecosystem, focusing on improving website features and customer experience while streamlining internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization
  • E-commerce Optimization: Identify and implement features to improve the website's functionality, focusing on conversion rate optimization and seamless user journeys
  • Customer Experience (CX): Represent the customer’s voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine the CX, in collaboration with the UX Research team
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions
  • Roadmap & Planning: Work with leadership to define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of e-commerce goals
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project success using KPIs and data-driven insights, ensuring that every update delivers measurable value to the business
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge among stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities

Skills

  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years of professional experience specifically in project management, preferably within e-commerce or digital products
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical Literacy: understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies and e-commerce operations
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence counterparts and gain consensus among stakeholders
  • Execution Focus: Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to self-prioritize and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with effective time management
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to justify project spend and measure the ROI of new features
  • Critical thinking: ability to identify risks and dependencies, and capacity to operate autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience
  • OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of project management or related work experience
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user funnel optimization, and conversion tests
  • Experience in a remote-first or multi-national work environment
  • Fluency in Italian is a plus
