[Remote] Account Executive

Remote role Full-time Open position

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospective advisor partners, running discovery and demo calls, and closing new business while collaborating with leadership to improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery and demo calls with prospective advisor partners
  • Manage prospects through the sales cycle from initial conversation to close
  • Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, and sales process
  • Apply coaching and feedback to improve performance over time
  • Help ensure smooth handoff and onboarding for newly closed accounts

Skills

  • Experience in a sales, account executive, or business development role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence running calls, handling objections, and moving deals forward
  • Highly coachable and willing to follow established processes
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
  • Financial services, wealth management, lead generation, or consultative sales experience
  • Startup experience
