  • Ability to manage candidate pipelines and deliver hires
  • Strong focus on execution, throughput, and consistent delivery
  • Discipline and accountability in a remote work environment
  • Ability to align with overall recruiting strategy and standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to measure success through defined metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience
  • Idaho-based candidates preferred
  • Experience working in a performance-driven recruiting environment
  • Experience with KPIs related to hiring outcomes
