Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPITEC is a company seeking a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting for Analytics and Program/Project Management roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to attract and evaluate top talent, while also assisting other business areas as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Assess candidates for Analytics roles (including SQL/Python) and Program/Project Management positions
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and recommend top candidates
  • Extend offers and support onboarding and relocation as needed
  • Stay current on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Analytics (SQL/Python) and/or Program/Project Management hiring preferred
