[Remote] Financial Planning Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pinnacle Partners, Inc is seeking a Financial Planning Consultant for a fully remote contract position. The role focuses on building financial reporting processes, integrating systems, and supporting revenue automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine monthly plan-to-actual reporting for cost centers within the Vena planning environment
- Develop a repeatable forecasting process that integrates Vena data with pipeline reporting
- Support the Databricks-to-Vena integration for real-time activity reporting
- Contribute to the monthly reporting package aligned across finance and accounting
- Support NetSuite systems enhancements, including data structure and taxonomy cleanup
- Assist with revenue automation initiatives by transitioning from manual spreadsheet-driven processes to native NetSuite functionality
- Support contract lifecycle tracking, including start and end dates and option period placeholders
Skills
- Senior-level FP&A professional with experience leading FP&A team working with a hands-on approach
- Experience building financial reporting and forecasting processes
- Ability to support system integrations between Databricks and Vena
- Experience with NetSuite systems enhancements and data structure improvements
- Knowledge of revenue automation processes and financial systems
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle tracking within financial systems
