[Remote] Product Manager – EHR Implementation-W2
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. My3Tech is seeking a Product Manager/Technical Lead for their EHR Implementation project. The role involves leading the technical design, implementation, and support for the project while collaborating with various stakeholders and managing system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Technical Lead for the School Based Services EHR implementation project
- Collaborate with DVHA, Agency of Digital Services (ADS), Agency of Education (AOE), Local Education Agencies, EHR vendors, and project stakeholders
- Lead technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Oversee data migration efforts and ensure successful transition of legacy data
- Manage system integrations and interfaces between the EHR platform and external applications
- Support Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Evaluate technical solutions and provide recommendations aligned with project goals
- Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and drive resolutions
- Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, and go-live support
- Identify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and operational readiness
- Support creation and review of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer activities
- Participate in project governance meetings and provide technical updates to leadership
- Mentor technical team members and promote best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Lead, Solutions Lead, or similar role on large-scale enterprise projects
- Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations or healthcare technology initiatives
- Strong background in enterprise application architecture, integrations, and system implementation
- Experience leading data migration and system interface initiatives
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience identifying and mitigating technical risks and implementation challenges
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- State Government or Public Sector project experience
- Healthcare, Medicaid, Health & Human Services, or Education sector experience
- Experience with EHR interoperability and healthcare data exchange standards
- Experience working with multi-vendor implementation environments
- Knowledge of large-scale system modernization initiatives
