[Remote] Account Executive - Texas

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PlanOmatic is a company that provides professional photos, floor plans, and 3D services for rentals nationwide. They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to transform the property management industry's approach to vacant properties, focusing on building relationships and guiding clients through their products and services. The role requires a minimum of 50% travel around the State of Texas, with responsibilities including sales experience, prospecting, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients
  • You have proven experience as a top performer, achieving and exceeding your quotas, demonstrating sharp sales acumen and very strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management companies is a plus
  • Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot is preferred
  • You’ll meet property managers where they are at, visit potential clients, and attend regional, state, and national events in the industry
  • Expected travel for this role is 50%, minimum
  • You’ll generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic’s products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts
  • Educate potential clients on the value and impact that PlanOmatic can have on their business
  • You’ll be selling in the field and conducting demos that show the value of our products and services
  • You’ll be focused on closing new business, hitting and exceeding your quota
  • Leverage Hubspot and other sales tools to manage all sales activities
  • We Create Genuine Relationships
  • You’ll work closely with internal partners such as Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product to sharpen our sales approach and grow our client base
  • You’re an advocate for the client
  • You’ll capture feedback, observe, and understand how our industry can leverage PlanOmatic
  • Act as a voice of the client internally, identifying areas of improvement and communicating feedback to teams
  • You’re self motivated and self accountable, thriving in an autonomous environment
  • You demonstrate tenacity and resilience, able to bounce back after any setback
  • The concept of making processes more streamlined is something you’re used to
  • If you see that something can improve, you advocate for it
  • Through your experience in sales, you’ve cultivated a metric-obsessed mindset
  • You exemplify and champion the habit of consistent tracking, analyzing, and leveraging of key performance indicators to keep your new business efforts operating smoothly and provide cross-functional partners with visibility into the sales pipeline

Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients
