[Remote] Senior SAP ISU FICA Consultant

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diverse Lynx is a company seeking a Senior SAP ISU FICA Consultant with extensive experience in SAP ISU FICA and strong leadership skills. The role involves leading end-to-end SAP ISU FICA implementation, ensuring alignment with business processes and managing project delivery while mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP ISU FICA, build, test, and deployment activities in an S/4HANA implementation
  • Drive SAP ISU FICA solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices
  • Configure and customize SAP ISU FICA processes including: Collections & Dunning, Payment Processing, Contract Accounts, Reconciliation of data migration objects related to FICA and Financial Systems
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as ISU Billing, DM and FICo from Legacy systems
  • Act as the SAP ISU FICA Lead, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms
  • Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Identify risks and issues early and proactively drive resolution
  • Serve as the primary SAP ISU FICA point of contact for business stakeholders and project leadership
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants and offshore teams
  • Facilitate effective decision-making through clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement
  • Provide expert guidance during UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off
  • Translate complex FICA concepts into clear, business-friendly language
  • Support training strategy, end-user training, and knowledge transfer
  • Contribute to change management by promoting adoption of standard S/4HANA processes

Skills

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ISU FICA
  • Atleast 2 or more End-to-End SAP FICA Implementations for Electricity and Water
  • Strong understanding of Collections & Dunning, Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns), Account Determination, Settlement/Clearing Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Instalment Plans, BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage, Life Cycle of an Open items, Payment Plan Knowledge, Tax, Knowledge of Batch jobs, Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
  • SAP ISU FICA configuration expertise, development, data migration, testing and defect fixing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior business leaders and drive consensus
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in global, cross-cultural environments
