[Remote] Practice Management Consultant

As a Practice Management Consultant, you will serve as a thought leader and strategic coach to wealth advisors, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and client experiences through storytelling and training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead advisor coaching and training programs centered on storytelling, consultative conversations, and relationship-building
  • Facilitate engaging training using role play, simulations, and case studies to build advisor communication and presentation skills
  • Coach advisors individually and in groups to enhance client meeting impact, discovery conversations, and business development effectiveness
  • Develop scalable coaching tools utilizing AI technology for performance assessment and personalized feedback
  • Create training resources, playbooks, and conversation frameworks that promote consistent, effective storytelling across the firm
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training workshops for advisors at all experience levels
  • Help advisors clearly and persuasively communicate complex financial topics in client-friendly ways
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify advisor development needs and implement targeted training solutions

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 7 years' financial services or wealth management experience
  • CFP® preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, and Nitrogen preferred
