[Remote] Contract Marketing Designer (6-Month Contract)

The role involves establishing visual identity systems, designing marketing materials, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine localized visual identity systems for the Americas market across marketing decks, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
  • Build scalable creative systems, reusable templates, and lightweight design guidelines to support consistent branding and efficient campaign execution
  • Design and maintain email marketing templates for promotional, lifecycle, and seasonal campaigns
  • Develop reusable social media creative toolkits for promotional campaigns, giveaways, paid social, Instagram Stories, X, and other digital channels
  • Create UI/UX wireframes and landing page mockups for campaign and destination-focused promotional pages
  • Support high-volume visual production for major seasonal and commercial campaigns, including Mega Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Travel Tuesday, and regional holiday campaigns
  • Produce key visuals (KVs), banners, and promotional assets for strategic campaigns and co-branded partnerships
  • Resize, export, and optimize assets across web, mobile, email, and paid media placements to ensure consistency and performance across channels
  • Create and maintain organized design documentation, templates, and editable asset libraries across Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related platforms
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, product, and regional stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Skills

  • Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creative, and digital marketing work across multiple channels
  • Experience working with U.S.-based or Americas-focused brands, with a strong understanding of North American design aesthetics and marketing trends
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or creative production within travel, e-commerce, consumer tech, lifestyle, or related industries
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar design tools
  • Understanding of scalable design systems, template creation, and asset management best practices
  • Ability to balance conceptual creative work with high-volume production execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment with strong ownership and accountability
  • Experience in travel, OTA, e-commerce, or consumer internet industries is a plus
