[Remote] Account Executive

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Home Warranty of America is a recognized leader in the home warranty industry, seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive. This role involves building long-term relationships with real estate professionals to promote home warranty services within assigned territories across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • THIS IS AN OUTSIDE SALES OPPORTUNITY. You are in market but work from your home office
  • We're expanding our team across multiple U.S. markets, including Ohio (various locations), Virginia (various locations), Raleigh/Durham, South Carolina, Arizona, Boise, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Arkansas, Minnesota and Oklahoma
  • The Account Executive is responsible for all sales and promotion within the defined territory and acts as a liaison between real estate professionals and our Service Department
  • Our sales team establishes and maintains relationships with real estate professionals within individually assigned territories
  • Our Account Executives educate our clients about the benefits of our home warranty
  • They hold face-to-face meetings with brokers and agents, and they conduct presentations at group events

Skills

  • 3+ Years of successful sales experience as a top producer in previous/current position
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
  • Ability to network, ask for referrals and build lasting relationships quickly
  • Ability to work autonomously while continuing to focus on goals and meet deadlines
  • Ability to strategize and prioritize efforts to achieve goals
  • Positive & professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous Home Warranty Experience A PLUS
